Most Linux images are reachable over SSH within a few minutes of payment. Windows and dedicated builds can take longer if the chassis is being provisioned.

Yes on every VPS and dedicated plan. Shared hosting is a cPanel account without root.

VPS upgrades are usually live for RAM and disk. CPU changes may need a short reboot. Dedicated upgrades are a migration to a larger chassis.

Ubuntu, Debian, and AlmaLinux are standard. Windows Server is available on Rack M and above with a license fee.

Shared plans include mailboxes. On VPS you install your own mail stack, or we can point the domain at a separate mailbox host.

First invoice refunded within 30 days of a new account. Domain registrations, license fees, and dedicated bandwidth overages are not refunded.

Lawful content is fine. Phishing, malware, spam, and resource abuse are not. We will suspend a box that attacks other networks.
